Match report Woodham Mortimer won the toss and chose to put Gt Waltham in to bat. Laura Thorgood (four for 10) opened and took an early wicket, bowling Beck Clout for 0. With consistent bowling from each end Waltham found it hard to get going loosing a few quick wickets. It was not until Laura Parkin (24) attacked with a few boundaries that Waltham's run rate picked up. However, Woodham Mortimer were relentless and kept taking wickets. At the end of the 20 overs Woodham Mortimer had an easy 63 to chase down.

In reply Laura Thorogood (25 retired) and her mum, Hayley Thorogood (8) opened the batting, Waltham were working hard to keep the score down but were finding it difficult with Laura's big hitting. Fran Johnson (one for 5) bowled well and took Waltham's only wicket. Thorogood retired and left Woodham Mortimer little to do, they were able to achieve the target within the 9th over and deserved the win.
