Earls Colne v Woodham Mortimer Cricket Club INDOOR BDICL 2ND SIX on Sun 07 Oct 2012 at 1:00pm
Woodham Mortimer Cricket Club Lost by 5 wickets.

Match report Lost the toss and asked to bat.

Not the best start with Chris being caught for a duck and then Damo pulling his calf and having to continue with a runner. Reddin and Fannon were ticking along nicely then Reddin gets himself stumped losing balance trying to get forward to the pitch of the ball. Damo soon followed after snicking one behind. Craig with our secong duck trying to hit the ball to Witham was then bowled. A slight recovery by Gavin and Manoj saw WMCC to a 75. This was a poor showing with the bat.

Bowling was not much better with the best performances from Chris and Gavin who took the only wicket to give us 1 point. Need to cut out the wides

We can only improve from from this position.

WMCC Man of the Match : Not a great performance from anyone but I will give this to Gavin who did beat bat with his leg spin, took the only wicket and played a few nice shots.

(C) Reddin
