Could you please send the attached to all our member clubs (and put on website) with the following comment:-
The league is always looking to improve the umpiring skills of our player umpires, club umpires and indeed seeking qualified umpires to join our panel. To this end please find attached the various Level 1 courses that are being held around Essex by the Association of Cricket Officials.
