Happy New Year one and all – hope that the recent festivities have been enjoyed!
So here’s to 2015....and with the evenings getting longer (ok then, just a bit), the Easter Eggs in the shops and holiday companies already offering their wares, it must surely now be time for some cricket?
Following the success of last year’s winter nets, we have again booked a 15 week session at Goochies Indoor Centre at the ECG in Chelmsford, every Thursday 9pm – 10pm. We get underway this Thurs (8th) and conclude on Thurs April 16.
Whilst the nets may come a little late for any of us to force our way into the reckoning for the forthcoming World Cup, it will help to chip the rust off for some - or for those all year round cricketers like our very own DG – an opportunity to show us a thing or two...
Hopefully, we shall again enjoy the luxury of having more than one net to practice and showcase skills in, so come one and all....
