Unfortunately, due to injury, the President, Francis Woolton, is unable to play and he sends his apologies to the club.
This year's President's Day game will now be and intra club game used to raise money for Charlotte Hayman's Tour to Dubai with the Essex under 19's side. This game was washed out last week so we plan to use this Sunday for the same event.
The teams shall be made up from 22 club members with Nigel Richardson skippering the club side, and The Sunday Captain, Connor Hayman, skippering the Charlotte Hayman XI.
We have posted 2 teams, however, they can be subject to change on Sunday if the captains see fit.
We will aim for a 1pm start.
Debbie Verlander and Lucy Hayman will provide a sumptuous tea follwed by a BBQ organised by Nathan Hayman and Gary Verlander.
This is a day for all the club to enjoy and to help a valued member of the ladies and Essex teams in her quest for cricketing glory!
All Family, Friends, members and non members are invited (And the English Summer looks to be on the way back as well!)
