Woodham Mortimer Cricket Club is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Our thoughts and sincere condolences are with the Royal Family at this difficult time.
The scheduled game on 10th September will proceed as planned and all players are invited to wear black armbands. A minute's silence shall be held at 1pm as a mark of our respect. All are welcome to attend.
I would like to personally thank Mark Beames for his efforts to find players and Olly Glasson who prepared the ground as well as kindly offering to provide teas for tomorrow.
