Please find attached a paper explaining the background to discussions regarding the league cricket structure in Essex. Within this paper are the two scenarios currently for discussion.
As part of this we plan to run three for meetings for clubs to attend so there can be further debate:-

Colchester & East Essex Cricket Club Tuesday 15th January 2019 7.00pm – 9.00pm
The Frenford Club (Hainault & Clayhall cc) Oakfield Playing Fields Barkingside Thursday 17th January 2019 TBC
Essex County Cricket Club Sunday 20th January 2019 10.00am – 12 noon
