Woodham Mortimer Tour September 2016

Woodham Mortimer has been successfully touring in September for the past 5 years.This year for the first time we find ourselves short 3/4 players. We are looking for a few extra to partner us  on our annual tour. (we currently have 12) Details are as follows:

Location:             Yorkshire

Dates:                  Thursday 8^th September until Sunday 11^th September 2016

Hotel:                   The Bradford Hotel.  http://thebradfordhotel.com/

                              £250 cost discounted!!!!!

 Cost:                      £350.00 per person; includes all travel by luxury coach, B & B accommodation

for 3 nights,4 cricket teas and 4 match fees.  The hotel is in the centre of Bradford

and within walking or crawling distance of a number of clubs and pubs.

Only added cost is what you can pour down your neck!

Fixtures:              Thursday 8^th September              Spofforth CC 1:30pm

                Friday 9^th September                     Burton Leonard CC

                Saturday 10^th September              TBA

                Sunday 11^th September                  Beckwithshaw CC 1:30 pm

Fixtures are 40-45

overs a side

Everyone will play a min of 3 games with umpiring and scoring duties allocated out on your game off.

We select the teams on a full equality basis so everyone gets a fair chance to bat and bowl and the

opposition tend to be weak to medium (well that’s what we ask for anyway)
